Black Horses takes pride in being part of the major and influential companies that contributed to the construction of Jeddah Tower – the massive architectural marvel that embodies Saudi Arabia’s ambition towards the future. Jeddah Tower is classified as the world’s tallest building upon completion, with a height exceeding 1,000 meters.

The project comprises 167 residential and commercial floors with a total of 252 floors overall, featuring an observation deck that will be the highest in the world at a height of 637 meters, with a total area of 246,650 square meters. This project reflects the strategic vision for developing Jeddah Economic City, which spans an area of 5.2 square kilometers, with a total cost of approximately 20 billion dollars.

Location: North of Jeddah city – within the Jeddah Economic City project on the highway extending from Jeddah to Medina. Main Contractor: Saudi Binladin Group – officially appointed in August 2011 under a contract valued at 1.23 billion dollars. Consultants and Designers: The project is led by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture as the lead designer, while developed by Emaar Properties PJSC, with Thornton Tomasetti as the structural engineer for the project, alongside numerous other international consultants.
