The AL-Nahdi Ownership Apartments projects in Jeddah involved the development of more than 12 residential buildings affiliated with Al Nahdi Real Estate Group, distributed across several prominent districts in the city, including Al Salamah Jewel, Al Sulaimaniya Jewel, Al Rehab Jewel, Al Rawdah Pearl, and Al Rehab star. The scope of work covered the execution of reinforced concrete structures, architectural finishing works, and complete electro-mechanical systems, delivered under a turnkey basis. In addition, the projects included demolition and removal of existing old buildings at selected sites, enabling efficient redevelopment and modern residential construction in line with approved standards and specifications.
