Egyptian businessman and investor Eng. Mohamed Sedky El-Gaafary, Chairman of One Way Capital Group, accompanied by his investment partner Eng. Ahmed Youssef Abdelaziz, the Group’s Chief Executive Officer, participated in the strategic meeting organized by Saudi Binladin Group under the title “Industry Day – Jeddah Tower”, held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at the Rixos Jeddah Resort Conference Hall.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Islam Al-Masoudi, Planning Director at One Way Capital, who emphasized the significance of this event in supporting the Group’s vision for sustainable expansion and its active participation in major national projects across the Kingdom.
Jeddah Tower: An Icon of Engineering and Innovation
The meeting reviewed the latest stages of the Jeddah Tower development — set to become the tallest tower in the world, with a height exceeding 1,000 meters. So far, construction has reached 63 floors as part of the first phase, which spans 1.3 million square meters.
This milestone follows the signing of an agreement between Jeddah Economic Company, a subsidiary of Kingdom Holding Company, and Saudi Binladin Group, valued at SAR 7.2 billion, to complete the construction work within 42 months.
