AL-JAWAN Villas, was executed in Riyadh, comprising the construction of 20 villas. The scope of works included reinforced concrete structural works, high-quality architectural finishing works, complete electrical and mechanical installations, and the execution of modern architectural façades. The project was delivered in line with approved designs and specifications, achieving a contemporary residential character and a high standard of quality and functionality.
